About the Foundation

The Naval Justice School Foundation is incorporated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically to solicit, receive, administer, and donate funds and property for the benefit, encouragement, support, and furtherance of the traditions, customs,
objectives, and ideals of the Naval Justice School and the capabilities
of the Naval Justice School to carry out its mission of providing
education in military law and related subjects. The Foundation is an organization described in § 501(c)(1) and § 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and tax-exempt under § 50l(c)(3).
